Shipping Procedures
At Peekar, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and this is why we take the utmost care to deliver your products straight to you as safely and fast as possible. Our shipping methods ease your everyday life, keeping your focus on your priorities and not on our logistics. Goods are shipped to our facility from the U.S, and Peekar monitors your order from the point where it leaves our warehouse to when it is in your hands. Whether it’s a Zenith watch or a Lego set, your order will be safe in our hands till it’s in yours.
How much does delivery cost?
We have a flat 20 delivery charge for all orders below INR 500. If your order is INR 500 or above, your order is delivered for free! You can see the final cost of your order after adding an item to your cart. If the item you have ordered is oversized, an extra shipping charge may apply. If your item exceeds a courier’s standard dimension or weight, they may charge an additional fee. We will communicate this with you before we charge your order.

Order Tracking
You may view all updates to your order status as well as your package’s location at any time from your account page. For any further assistance on your order status, you can contact PEEKAR support at any time.
Express Delivery
Some of our items have an “Expedited Delivery” option, which means that they will usually be delivered faster than regular items for an additional fee. You can see the delivery estimates and fees by adding an item to your cart.
Availability
Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely information on stock and availability, it may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed. In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.
Handling and Delivery
All our goods are inspected at the customs by our appointed clearance agent, after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.
Customs
Peekar may cancel any order for a full refund if any of the items in an order are prohibited by your country’s customs. While we try to filter only allowed items, we may on occassion have products appear on the search page that are prohibited in your country. Please see our FAQ page for a full list of items that are prohibited by customs in your country.
